Collaboration in the professional world?

I think that is the proffesional name to class this.

And in the amateur world you just call it building up on the work of others.

It is as simple as that. 

Someone creates something that strikes you, you incorporate it in your work and there comes a fabulous result.

Coincidence, moment, portrait,...
